YOU CAN!
AND YOU WILL PROSPER

In a dream I had last year.

I found myself lying on the floor at the altar. The power of God had come upon me, and I was unable to stand. Most of the people had already left the room, but one man remained; he was sitting, waiting for me. As the power of God began to lift from me, I got up, and the man started to speak.

Immediately, I recognized him as an old friend from high school. His last name was ‘CANN’. He said, “Bernice, come have lunch with me, I’d love to reconnect with you, it’s been a long time.

As I woke from the dream, the same power of God I had encountered in my dream came upon me as I sat in my prayer chair.

God began to speak to me, and I heard him say, “Bernice, I am reacquainting you with an old friend called ‘CAN!’.

“You keep saying you can’t because you think you are too broken, but you can!
”He then said, “When a horse is broken, it doesn’t lose its power; it is just redirected! “

Sometimes tough seasons try to tell us a story that simply isn’t true,
And if we believe it, we stop moving forward!

My previous season was one of the hardest I’ve ever had to navigate. It was overwhelming, so much so that I wondered if I would make it through. I felt broken and powerless. But all along God was redirecting me into the new thing He wanted for me.

I kept saying yes to God, but my internal dialogue often looked like, “I can’t.” a lot more than I would want to admit!

I’ve noticed something in my own life, when I say “I can’t,” even if it’s just in my thoughts (the ones God sees, even when no one else does), it’s usually rooted in a lie I’ve believed. And it never stays there. It creates a ripple effect.

What starts as an internal dialogue ends up shaping my actions. I stop looking for solutions. My creativity shuts down. I stop dreaming, hoping, believing. And before I realize it, I’m stuck in a place where everything feels impossible.

The good news is, we serve a mighty God, a God who is faithful to show us the lies we are believing, and He is faithful to set you free from them.

We’re not immune to believing lies, which is why we must be aware and intentional, inviting God to search our hearts and show us anything He wants to address.

I don’t know what you have had to navigate over this last season, pain, hurt, loss, disappointment.

Maybe your previous season has you believing things that simply aren’t true!
Maybe it has been keeping you stuck, broken, feeling powerless, and wondering if you will make it through!

I want to encourage you!
YOU CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES YOU STRENGTH.
It’s not by might or by power but by HIS SPIRIT!

This is a new season for you! God has so many good plans for you in 2026!

But you HAVE TO CHOOSE TO BELIEVE IT. Those who come to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him! Without faith it will be impossible to please God!

I decree and declare over you today, every lie you have been believing hindering, discouraging you, creating unbeliefe in you, and robbing you of your hope in Him, be exposed and uprooted now in Jesus Name!

I speak RENEWED HOPE to come and fill your heart and mind!
God’s plan for you are to prosper you, not to harm you, to give you a future and an hope.

YOU CAN, and you will prosper In Jesus Mighty Name!
